Nature's Forms and Textures

I am inspired by the patterns, shapes and colours to be found everywhere in nature. From the abstract archipelagoes of lichen to the unique structure of every tree, I can only hope to capture a fraction of these effortless masterpieces and perhaps show them in a new light.

Photography

Before I retired and became an artist I was a professional photographer for over thirty years, working for a variety of newspapers across the North of England. I am currently working my way through the thousands of images filed on a variety of hard drives and soon hope to add a selection on this website which will be available as prints
